Welcome to The PossibiliTEAMS Blog!

I’m Mike Mulvihill, owner of PossibiliTEAMS, a corporate team building and innovative workplace training company based in Phoenix.  I’ve been a facilitator in the team building and training industry for the past sixteen years.  Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of teams from the corporate world, the nonprofit sector, government agencies, universities and other educational institutions.  Over the years, I’ve seen great teams in action, as well as struggling teams desperate for change.

In my role as facilitator, I spend most of my time observing.  Sure, I’ll spend a few minutes before starting an activity to explain the objective and rules of the game, and I’ll take some time after the activity to facilitate the follow-up discussion. But in the meantime, I observe.  And you know what?  It never gets old.  What I love most
